The new house is 200 to 300 years old and is built out of thick walls which keep the heat inside in winter time and gives refreshment during the summer period.  Restauration was done from 2009 up to 2013 with a transformation of the old furnace into a toilet and an uplift of the building with 1.5 meters including isolation.

With one bedroom and a sofa bed it can be used for families and couples.

The new house has:

• A bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink.

• Living room & kitchen in one 
• Living room with sofa bed, shelves, dresser, dining table and coffee table 
• Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cupboards and shelves
