Cleaning:
The houses are cleaned at arrivel and must be returned tidy and swept. Final cleaning cost additional 100€.
Payment
Depositum = ½ rent at reservation
Rest = ½ rent 2 weeks before arrival.
Canselation:
3 mdr.. before Arrival full Depositum return
2 mdr.. before Arrival ½ Depositum return
Less than 2 mdr before Arrival no Depositum return.
